Do you offer a payment plan? TOP

Because our prices are so affordable, we do not usually offer payment plans. In some cases we are willing to accept 50% down at start up and the remaining 50% once completed before the website can go live. This is case by case, contact us if interested. |
Do I need to know HTML if I want a website? TOP

If you purchase your design with us, no HTML knowledge is needed. |
Do you offer refunds or returns? TOP
| No, due to the nature of the services being purchased we cannot offer returns or refunds for any reason. We do take pride in our customer service, and assure you will be satisfied with your purchase. |
How long does a custom website design take? TOP

The turn around time greatly depends on comminication. We can complete a custom website design in 1-2 months. If you communicate and keep in touch with us on a regular basis, it will be around the one month mark. With that said; because comminication can be an issue we allow up to 3 months (90 days) to work on a design. |
Do you have a phone number we can contact you at? TOP
| Sorry, we do not. We communicate through email only. Since we consult with so many, email allows us to keep up with the important details for each and everyone of you. Detail is everything in web design and we need to be able to refer back as needed. |
